My elusive daughter has finally come through with some pictures of birds she is helping to care for at the Toronto Zoo. These are a bataleur eagle, a turkey vulture and a saker falcon. I'll leave it to the reader to sort out which is which.

Lovely pix. Have just returned from a visit with Teasdales and realize I did not tell those birders what Claire has been up to.
The Teasdales are deeply involved with loggerhead shrike recovery and have big sign on their property courtesy of MOE.
Spotted a bunch of visiting warblers and flycatchers prior to the thunderstorm. Hummers visit there come rain or shine. Formation of geese circled overhead, a fly past in my honour said Shirley.
Such a lovely quiet retreat.
