Sprung!
Monday Morning, Day Four:
Lynda called early this morning to say that they're sending her home today. Who knew? Apparently they were just waiting for the worst possible weather forecast. So I'll be braving the squalls to get her home safely by this afternoon.
Update: home and safe by 11am, patient is sipping comfortably... I expect you'll hear more from her and less from me in this space, now that she has access to the Internet again.

Lynda is resting relatively comfortable and has checked out the blog so anyone wishing to leave a message, she will get it eventually.
She has had some soup and salad for evening meal and has returned to her bed where aat the moment she is happily chatting to Claire.
We are so relieved that she is home and we will do our best to make her recovery complete.
Thanks to everyone for thoughts, messages and prayers.
Blessings.

Soooooo happy to hear the operation went so well & you're back at home safe & sound...maybe even kicking the need for radiation. Way to go!
Hope to see your smiling face on the Webcam very, very soon :)
